Who to call
Who hires a cleaning company, and why
Pick one client type, work it fully, then move to the next.

One contact can lead to several buildings.
Medical, dental and vet clinics
Cleaning to strict standards, every day.
Offices and coworking spaces
Regular after-hours cleaning.
Gyms and fitness studios
Floors, changing rooms and equipment, daily.

How it works
From list to first contract
Search one client type near you
Dental clinics, gyms, offices. Start close to your current clients: shorter drives, better margins.
Call and offer a walk-through
Ask who decides and when the current contract ends, then email your quote the same day.
Log every answer
Work the list in the CRM and call back a month before the renewal they mentioned.
Follow-up email
A follow-up you can adapt
Subject: Cleaning quote for [business name]
“Hi [name], thanks for your time on the phone today. As promised, here is our quote for cleaning [business name] [frequency]. We already clean [type of business] nearby and can start with a trial week. Happy to walk the site with you at a time that suits you. Reply “no thanks” and I won’t email again.”
Bid sites or direct prospecting
Be the only quote on the table
Bid and lead sites send the same request to several cleaners, so you compete on price. Calling businesses directly means you are often the only quote, and the client is the one you picked, in the area you want.

FAQ
Questions from cleaning companies
Which clients should a new cleaning company target?
Small offices, clinics and gyms near your base: they need regular cleaning, decide quickly, and are easy to service.
What contact details do I get?
The business’s public phone number, website, and the emails and social links it publishes on its own site.
Can I email these businesses?
In the US, CAN-SPAM allows business email if you identify yourself, include your postal address and honor opt-outs. In the UK, PECR lets you email companies without prior consent if you offer an easy opt-out (sole traders need consent). In Canada, CASL allows it when the business publishes its address and your message relates to its work. LeadsIt only collects public business data.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Buy a credit pack once and use it whenever you want; credits never expire. Packs start at $6.90 for 5 city searches.
