Sell to restaurants with live, enriched prospect lists
If your customers are restaurant owners — not lead buyers — you need fresh local lists, not a broker dump.
LeadsIt finds restaurants in public business listings in any city and attaches the emails and phones published on their websites so your sales team can outreach the same day.
Why LeadsIt for restaurant prospecting
- A live search of public business listings, not an 18-month-old CSV
- Emails and phones taken from each restaurant’s own website
- Filter by rating / website presence for ICP fit
- Export CSV into your CRM or sequences

Who sells to restaurants with LeadsIt
Restaurants buy from more suppliers than most small businesses, and they change some of them every year. The teams that prospect them with LeadsIt are usually:
- POS, payment and ordering software vendors
- Food, drink and packaging suppliers, and hospitality wholesalers
- Reservation, loyalty and review-management software
- Web designers and local marketing agencies (menus, online ordering, local search)
- Cleaning, pest-control, linen and uniform services
What to look for before you call
Each restaurant in your list comes with its website (or none), its rating and review count and its opening status, which is enough to sort the list before the first call. In LeadsIt searches run from 30 December 2025 to 21 October 2026, 27.0% of 1,365 restaurants found had no website (13 searches), so a site or an online menu is an easy first offer. More detail in which businesses need a website.
- No website, or only a social page: sell a simple site with the menu, hours and a booking or call button.
- Ordering only through a delivery marketplace that takes a commission: direct ordering pays for itself.
- Few reviews or an old rating: review requests, local search and photos.
- A new opening: a launch budget and no suppliers locked in yet.
- Temporarily or permanently closed: skip it and save the call.
When and how to reach the owner
Call between lunch and dinner service, roughly mid-afternoon on a weekday, and ask for the owner or the general manager; avoid Friday evenings and weekends. Groups and chains answer email better than calls, and suppliers do well with a short visit and a sample. Keep the first message to one problem you saw and one offer, and always give an easy way to say no: three cold email templates for local businesses show the format.
