FAQ
Questions about dentist lists
Where do the dentist contacts come from?
From public business information and from each practice’s own website. LeadsIt only collects what the practice publishes itself: its phone number, its email address, its website and its social pages.
Will every dental practice have an email address?
No. Almost every practice lists a phone number, but an email only appears when the practice publishes one on its website or business profile. Your list shows which practices have one, so you can filter for email outreach or keep the rest for calls.
Can I target a specialty or a whole region?
Yes. Search the way you would on a map: orthodontist, pediatric dentist, dental implant clinic. Search one city, a whole region (LeadsIt covers its largest cities) or a country.
Is it legal to email dentists?
In the US, CAN-SPAM allows business email if you identify yourself, include your postal address and honor opt-outs. In the UK, PECR lets you email companies without prior consent if you offer an easy opt-out (sole traders need consent). In Canada, CASL allows it when the business publishes its address and your message relates to its work. LeadsIt only collects public business data.
How much does a dentist list cost?
Your first search shows you the 20 strongest practices found before you pay. Then you buy credits once, with no subscription: 5 credits for $6.90, 10 credits with the CRM for $11.90, 15 for $14.90, 50 for $39.00. One credit is one city search, and credits never expire.
Can I export the list to my CRM?
Yes. Export any list to CSV, work it in the built-in CRM (lists, pipeline stages, tasks and notes, included from the 10-credit pack), or pull it through the API.
