D7 Lead Finder sells monthly plans priced by the number of searches you can run each day. A search is a keyword and a city, and returns up to 1,200 businesses with emails, website, address, social profiles and review scores. Plans run month to month and can be cancelled from your profile.

What do 1,000 businesses cost on D7 Lead Finder?
On Starter, 10 searches a day is up to about 300 searches a month. If you run 20 city searches of about 100 businesses each (2,000 businesses), the month costs $44.99, about $22.50 per 1,000 businesses. Use the whole allowance, 300 searches of about 100 businesses, and the same plan comes to about $1.50 per 1,000.
So the price per lead depends on how much of the daily allowance you use. The allowance is per day, and the plan renews every month until you cancel it.
Emails, phone numbers and social profiles are part of the plan; there is no separate charge per contact.
